Find the customers hiding in your YouTube comments

People ask “how much?”, “do you take my insurance?” or “can I book?” under your videos. Paste your channel or video link and we’ll show which recent comments look like potential customers, which ones still have no reply, and a suggested reply for each.

Free. We read public comments only. The full report comes by email after a 6-digit code.

How it works

  1. Paste a link
Your channel (youtube.com/@name) or one video. Public videos only.
  2. We read recent comments
Up to 300 comments from the last 90 days, through the official YouTube API.
  3. See who to answer
Potential customers, open questions and complaints, with a suggested reply for each.

Most local customers still find you on Google too: check your Google Maps ranking free or run a free Google review check.

Questions

Is the YouTube Comment Customer Finder free?

Yes. The scan is free. To get the full list by email we ask for your email address and send a 6-digit code to confirm it.

How do you decide a comment is a potential customer?

An AI model reads each comment and labels it as a potential customer (asks about price, booking, availability, delivery, insurance or a quote), a question, a complaint, or other. It is an estimate, so it can miss or mislabel some comments. We show the real comments so you can judge for yourself.

Do I need to connect my YouTube account?

No. We only read comments that are already public, using the YouTube API Services. We can’t see private videos, private messages or your analytics, and we never post anything.

What do you store?

We delete the comment text from our systems within 24 hours. Commenter names are shortened (for example “Jessica M.”). If you ask for the emailed report, we keep your email address and the totals so our team can follow up.
