Service Terms

These terms apply when you buy a plan or add-on from Technotic Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (“Technotic”, “we”, “us”). By paying, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@technoticsolutions.com.
1. What we provide
We provide the services described for the plan or add-on you choose on our pricing page at the time you sign up. If we agree to anything extra, we’ll confirm it by email.
2. Billing
- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Plans are month to month and billed in advance. Your first month is charged when you pay; after that we email you a secure payment link before each new month.
- One-time add-ons, such as a website build, are charged once when you order.
- If a payment isn’t made, we may pause work until it is.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing contact@technoticsolutions.com before your next billing date. Your service continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partially used months.
4. Website builds
- We deliver your website within about 7 business days after you provide the content we need (text, photos, logo and business details).
- Each build includes 2 rounds of revisions.
- You own your content. Once the build is paid in full, you own the website too.
- Hosting and ongoing edits are a separate monthly add-on.
5. Your Google Business Profile
To do the work, you give us manager access to your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner and can remove our access at any time. Please make sure the information you give us about your business is accurate.
6. How we work
We never post fake reviews, buy reviews or offer incentives for reviews, and we don’t make claims about your business that can’t be backed up. We follow Google’s guidelines.
7. No guaranteed rankings
Google controls its search and Maps rankings, and they depend on factors outside our control, such as proximity, competition and Google’s algorithm. We don’t guarantee any specific ranking, number of calls or amount of revenue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we’ll post the updated version on this page. Changes apply from your next billing month.

Referrals
Refer a business that signs up and get a free month. When a business you referred pays for its first month of any of our monthly plans, we add one free month to your own monthly plan. Ask them to mention your business name when they sign up, or email contact@technoticsolutions.com with their name. One free month per referred business; it has no cash value.
