Will I keep ownership of my profile?
Always. You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile. We only ask to be added as a manager, which lets us make updates without holding your account. You can remove our access at any time from your profile settings, and your profile, reviews and photos stay with you.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth and Pro?
Starter covers the essentials: a full profile audit and optimization, 4 Google posts a month, review replies and a monthly report. Growth adds weekly posts plus offers, directory cleanup, a review-request link and QR code, rank tracking and a monthly local page. Pro adds a second page, suspension help and priority support.
Can you help with a suspended profile?
Yes, on the Pro plan. We review why the profile may have been suspended, fix issues that conflict with Google's guidelines and help you prepare the reinstatement request with the right evidence. Google makes the final decision and timelines vary, so we can't promise reinstatement, but we handle the process carefully.
